Agent Guidelines

• Register using your real name and active mobile number.
• Provide a valid RERA number if applicable in your state.
• Upload a clear, professional profile photo.
• Keep your contact details up to date.

• Accuracy: All details (price, area, location, amenities) must be accurate and current.
• Title: Use a clear, descriptive title. Avoid all-caps or excessive special characters.
• Description: Provide a minimum 50-character genuine description. Do not copy-paste from other platforms.
• Price: State the correct price. No hidden charges should be listed as part of the price.
• Location: Select the correct city and area. Do not misrepresent property location.

• Upload real photographs of the actual property — no stock images.
• Images must be clear, well-lit, and relevant to the listing.
• Do not include contact numbers, watermarks, or agent branding in images.
• Minimum recommended: 3 photos. At least one exterior and one interior.
• YouTube video tours are encouraged for better buyer engagement.

The following listings will be rejected and may lead to account suspension:

• Duplicate listings of the same property.
• Properties not owned or authorised for listing by the agent.
• Properties with disputed or unclear legal status.
• Listings used for advertising services unrelated to real estate.
• Properties in areas not served by PropertyKidukan.

• Respond promptly to leads forwarded by our staff team.
• Maintain professionalism in all communications with buyers.
• Update listing status (mark as sold) promptly once a deal is closed.
• Do not request advance payments or deposits outside of formal agreement documents.

An active membership is required to list properties. Memberships are tied to the account and are non-transferable. Attempting to list properties after membership expiry will be blocked until renewal.
