By accessing or using PropertyKidukan ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

PropertyKidukan is a property listing platform that connects verified real estate agents with potential buyers and renters. The Platform is available for:

• Agents: Registered agents may list properties after account verification and active membership.
• Buyers/Renters: Members of the public may browse listings and submit inquiries.
• Staff/Admin: Internal team members who review and moderate listings.

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass verification or moderation processes.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy data from the Platform without consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

All property listings are submitted by registered agents. While our staff reviews listings before approval, PropertyKidukan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing. Buyers should conduct independent due diligence before making any property decisions.

Agent memberships are subject to separate pricing and duration terms as shown on the Plans page. Memberships are non-refundable once activated. PropertyKidukan reserves the right to modify membership plans with prior notice.

PropertyKidukan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, or from transactions between agents and buyers facilitated through the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform.
