• Agents: Name, phone number, email, profile photo, agency name, RERA number, and property listing details.
• Inquiry Senders: Name, phone number, email, and message content submitted via inquiry forms.
• Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time spent on the Platform (for analytics and security).

• To display property listings to the public.
• To facilitate inquiries between buyers and our staff team.
• To verify agent identity and manage memberships.
• To send transactional messages (OTP, inquiry updates) via SMS/email.
• To improve Platform functionality and user experience.

We do not sell your personal information. Agent contact details (phone, WhatsApp) are only shown to authenticated users on the property detail page. Inquiry details are shared with the relevant agent through our staff moderation process.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, HTTPS transmission, and restricted access controls. Passwords are hashed and OTPs expire within a limited time window. However, no system is 100% secure — please use strong, unique credentials.

We use session cookies to maintain authentication state for agents. No third-party tracking cookies are used by default. Analytics, if enabled, may use anonymised tracking.
